The new water ozonising equipment OZONER series is expressly designed and manufactured to maintain a constant dissolved ozone concentration also in variable water flow rates.

All the ozonising equipments by WATER SYSTEMS are pre-assembled on stainless steel skid for an easy and quick installation; they are equipped with a compressed air fed ozone generator, with a hydraulic system guaranteeing high-rate dissolution, and with thermocatalytic off-gas ozone destruction unit for the ozone conversion into non-dissolved gaseous phase.

The product treatment pressurized tank installed on the OZONER F, is provided with PID certification, according to the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE.

The OZONER systems are usually employed in the beverage sector for the pre-treatment of mineral water (Iron, Manganese, Arsenic and Sulphides oxidation, according to regulations in force ), for ozonization and disinfection of products immediately before filling, for disinfection of bottles and capsules, combined with rinsing lines, and as an alternative to peracetic acid in SIP phase.

WATER SYSTEMS is also available to supply ozonising systems for other sectors, different from beverage, such as cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food.
